Pros

Some cool people and remote work.

Cons

Management doesn't take care of the people who are doing the hard work. If you're not friends with Gabe, you won't do well here. It's a boys club. They pay very low to market standards, but expect you to keep pushing forward and staying positive with no benefit.

Pros

Great product if you like 3D Printing and consultative sales. Must be an effective cold caller but it's a fun challenge. The opportunity to make a significant difference, primarily in a manufacturing environment, is exciting and huge.

Cons

Poor CRM systems and no integration. Leadership doesn't hire other outside leadership and is VERY close minded regarding what is effective, versus a "bean counting" approach to outbound calls. They require a certain number of daily outbound calls rather than focusing on "REAL OPPS" which can create significant conflicts of interest for the ISR. Good people, though, top to bottom. Plenty of talent, just to much inbred thinking at the top which really slows them down.

Great Place to Grow

Pros

There's a lot of opportunity here if you know what you're doing! I enjoy the people I work with and I get a lot of job satisfaction. I don't dread Mondays like I did in the past. The challenges are there but leaders are open to new things more and more each day. Companies that are willing to adapt are great!

Cons

This is not a company you will skate by at. You need to work. I don't think that's a bad thing but be prepared for long hours sometimes. I think that's normal if you want to grow in your career though.

Pay expectations are a little whacky. Quotas are very hard to hit and commissions are average. Also a lot of admin work in this role
