      Pros

      Working from home is the only good thing this place has to offer.

      Cons

      Pay is not good. The new hires are getting paid more then the people who have been here for years. the word is spreading around the place. I have seen people start and quit as soon as they see that it’s just mostly outbound cold calling. Even in aep they make you do cold calls to people with Dementia. Other places are way better I wish I stayed with my last company I was at least getting paid more. This company doesn’t care about the workers and our livelihood.

      Pros

      The trainers are nice before you move on to your crappy OUTBOUND CALLING job.

      Cons

      They lie to you. They are a disorganized mess, and don’t expect to get the hours or pay that you were promised. I’m sure a new agent could be happy here because they don’t know how much better it is at other companies. Just don’t do it. They keep your contracts, so you’re trapped and have to wait 6 months before you can sell anywhere else.
