They truly care about their employees. They give you the training and tools you need to complete your job to the best of your ability. They care about your opinions and make you feel like your opinion matters.

I cannot say anything negative about this company.

Pros

Client gifts, competitive awards for meeting daily goals, flexibility work/home balance.

Cons

Poor communication between management and employees. Daily changes and no communication to update employees to execute change. Unprofessionalism from management when stressful situations occur. Different direction given to Licensed Agents and CSR’s, therefore conceiving issues losing prospect interest in the client.
