      My direct supervisor and their manager were wonderful.

      Cons

      My old company was recently acquired by HPO. When we were brought on we were told that our metrics wouldn't be watched too closely until June. They lied! Starting in April they started distributing the calls based on buckets & if you were struggling you were screwed. There was really no time to get use to everything and I was given bottom-of-the-barrel leads. I was expected to sell but was placed on OB only and you can't sell a VM. Upper Management (above the sale manager) is very deceiving and blows a lot of smoke. If you aren't a top agent, they could care less about you.

      Rough change from previous company

      Pros

      The only pro is that you can choose to make an hourly wage.

      Cons

      The leads are horrible bait and switch. I constantly received calls about a grocery allowance for seniors. Once I mentioned insurance, the call was usually terminated. If you can’t convert these difficult leads then you will be put on out bound calls only. These are usually answering machines or hang ups.

      Its a good company

      Pros

      They are very flexible when it comes to family matters. Everyone wants to help you once you get on the floor. Fully remote unless you want to go to the office

      Cons

      They are not always up front with changes. Pending on who is your sup you may have someone that love to micro manage. If you are not producing they will Let you go. Systems are constantly changing or crashing or just don't work.
