Pros

The pay is okay for beginners wanting to gain experience. The everyday workload is manageable. The company offers decent benefits, they have supportive supervisors, the training was amazing. You are never w/o support because you work with team members that are all facing the same challenges or have experienced them. And this helps get your questions answered.

Cons

The pay rate is low and I've heard that there isn't opportunity for raises. The commissions are mid. You must make 50+ enrollments/ monthly for decent commissions payout. The commission structure isn't details when you get your checks. If you miss a day w/o using your pto they require you to makeup the hours later in the week. You must have 40 hours at the end of the week.

Pros

We are getting in new leadership and getting more updates and transparency. For a while it was all fear because of massive layoffs but they are bringing new people on hiring CSRs and Sales Agents.

Cons

No reviews to increase pay and the commissions are really poor, even if you sell well. They don't reward loyalty.

Having just about opposition to remote that was a plus. They have a really good commission structure and bonus incentives.

Pros

Low pay commissions for the work but had a great experience because of an amazing supervisor who made the job worth it.

Cons

Switching supervisors became mandatory and then it felt like I had clock in to prison everyday and thrown pennies every paycheck.

Pros

schedule flexibility, paid holidays and being able to save gas by not driving to work.

Cons

Micromanagement (I personally do not like being micromanaged) Very low energy in teams. I feel disconnected and like a remote slave..... I dont feel there is room for advancement. I feel i was low balled on compensation (Hourly Pay) and the commission structure is extremely disappointing and wasn't made transparent until we were good and locked in..Bait and Switch to get warm bodies on the phones.

Beware

Pros

Working Remotely from the comfort of your home. Do not have to drive to meet clients. They compensate you hourly with a small commission.

Cons

The training is really a bunch of slides they read to you for three weeks to a month. Nesting is for a week, and basically it’s more continuous reading. They say they will help you set up portals, but it never happens. They don’t tell you the commission structure until you on the sales floor because it is so low. It’s $10 per app, so that means you really have to sale a lot to see any decent money. If an agent is struggling, they will leave you on read, and expect you to keep the client on the phone until they are free again, by this time, the client is frustrated, and hangs up. Landscape and healthsherpa you need to figure out on your own. They will not take the time to help you get those portals set up. You cannot go over your two 15 minute breaks or your 30 minute lunch break. That will get you a coaching and lead to a write up. After AEP or OEP is over, they will either terminate you, or switch you to a different account. This job is for someone that is just starting out in sales, and who needs a lil compensation while learning. After you gain experience from here, my advice is to go somewhere else.

Pros

There were no pros to working at this company.

Cons

They offered a 4 day work week then 1week after we started, they took it away. They limited the calls we got which means not as many commissions which is what a salesman lives on. The hourly and commission rate were not competitive at all and very, very low.
