Pros

You earn more money during AEP, hourly pay is competitive. They will pay for your license. You won’t get fired after AEP, maybe switched to another team if applicable.

Cons

Commissions are extremely low compared to the others in the industry. Barely if not any overtime offered or allowed.

Pros

Standard hourly pay rate; bad commission structure. Dialer would go out for hours at a time 2-3 times a week

Cons

Dishonest contracting practices, inefficient and passive-aggressive management; literally lost 2 sales and got a referral because a manager would constantly bombard me with audio calls on teams while I’m selling and demand I put the customer on hold to talk to them

Pros

-Work from home during Pandemic -Company will pay for licensing. Its good to get your feet wet, but not a long term employer.

Cons

- Poor leadership. Even when issues are presented to upper management about consistent leadership issues, nothing is done to correct them. -They rarely promote talent from within and choose favorites when hiring for seasonal positions. Veteran agents are passed up for these positions every year without being told there is a position available. - Low pay across the board, including commissions - Supervisors are never around or accounted for. Teams have to rely on each other to get through the day - NO COMMUNICATION. -High turnover -If you produce a lot of sales, you will never move up from a sales position. You are stuck as a sales agent.

Pros

Stellar leadership that starts at the top & filters down to every level, Effective & efficient contingency action plans, "Can-do" tone/culture from every team member & encouragement to think "outside the box" to create solutions

Cons

If you are familiar with licensed health sales/call center culture, you will know that later closing shifts/weekends during AEP/OEP seasons are the norm; which, for most of us, is NOT a Con - it's just part of the industry business model. Especially when you're making a VERY competitive base+commission salary structure!

Pros

In-depth training about Medicare, great co-workers, Flexibility to work from home or in office,

Cons

It's a struggle to meet quota during ROY. They also dont tell you much about how the commission works until you are in brokerage. You don't get commission unless you hit 10 sales but you are required to make 22. The pay is okay. I was expecting more since I have a Bachelors in Health Science but its not even recognized. Without commission, it is hard to make ends meet with a family. If you have no huge responsibilities then the pay is okay.

Pros

Leads are generated for you. Hourly pay plus commission. Great benefits.

Cons

There are favorites and leads are given to them. You will have to make a lot of calls to get to your sale. You most produce, they will let you go. I've seen it. Most of the leads aren't the greatest.
