      MANAGERS are bullies! And does not care about your family ONLY THEMSELVES!!! Some supervisors are cool and others get away with MURDER. VERY racial discrimatory company. LOVE the CEO it's not his fault his managerial staff are crampy...pretty sure he could care less!

      Draws good people who are dedicated and want to do what's right.

      Cons

      Very discriminatory in terms of raises and promotions. Bullies get rewarded while the smart, dedicated employees are punished. If you are a woman you can forgot ever going anywhere, the CEO and COO has no respect for women and will not promote those that are working hard. The CEO gets away with keeping women down and promoting bullies by saying that those who come up with the next idea will be successful, not those that follow cf keep on a defined career path. This creates a really negative culture and many unethical practices. The benefits are terrible and pay below market.

      Flexible, Benefits are ok. CEO is great and very compassionate

      Cons

      Management doesn't understand the talent they have under the hood and chose to promote the ones they like vs who is more qualified. It's sad... the pay is a joke and could be much more...
