Hello. Thank you for your review. Here at Helping Hands Family, we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our team members. Consistently, we structure our clinical procedures/operations around best ABA practices that ensures the well-being of our team members, which holds true in the actions we take when a client experiences illness on the day they are scheduled to be in the clinic/at home receiving services. We have a policy that lays out the criteria to establish if a client is experiencing symptoms that require the client to be rescheduled for services on the day that the symptoms are displayed. Our Clinical Leadership team strives to coordinate break times for team members on the floor. If you feel that you are not able to be relieved of duties, we encourage you to address this concern with your Clinical Director and they will work with you to ensure that you receive temporary relief from duty. We understand the hard work that surrounds being in the field of ABA, and as such, we strive to create internal promotional opportunities so that the work our team members put forward to our organization is accurately reflected in their pay. Additionally, we also offer annual merit increases and general rate increases for team members who are seen to have gone above and beyond their role’s expectations.
