Pros

The hours were wonderful. I worked from 8 to 4:30. I enjoyed both the customers and the people I worked with.

Cons

Humana expects the rep to handle far too many tasks. The management is poor at best. They need more guidance.

Pros

Pay was ok, Benefits and perks were pretty great. If you luck out and are assigned to a 'specialized' team (like pharma, ASO or home-office) you are instantly under a lot less stress as the call volume goes way down, you're either dealing with people who do the same thing you do or are dealing with people that have amazing benefits.

Cons

Their HR policies are insufferably rigid. They lose amazing talent all the time thanks to rigid attendance policies and no empathy. Employ/train someone for a couple weeks, they do something HR doesn't like and they aren't warned twice. Out the door and an awkward conversation piece for future interviews.
