Pros

Average offerings for a fintech company.

Cons

Toxic depending on which team you are hired on. Some teams will work 40 hours and have a good work/life balance. Other teams will work 50-60+ hours a week; People will say they are there to help others, but only a few will actually help you. Overall, everyone is overworked and underpaid. Account Management is very political. My advice to anyone looking to join Incomm is to learn fast and play the political game.

Pros

Decent benefits; somewhat flexible scheduling

Cons

Noticeable lack of diversity; not necessarily an inclusive environment as culture is fairly insular particularly with legacy team members; micromanagement; lack of innovation and culture is not conducive to any suggestions, unless they come from the "right" sources; lots of emphasis on industry competitors as opposed to simply having the best product offering; compensation package substantially below industry average; no retention of talent (revolving door)
