Profitability is their #1 objective Everything is a #1 priority They over promise and under deliver with the focus on signing new clients to generate new income at the expense of meeting current client needs Where advantageous to them they misrepresent and/or do not disclose important information that affects their clients Lip service is paid to valuing employees including sub-par salaries
