Pros

Before COVID we would get free food monthly, once COVID happened there was no benefit to work at IAS just headaches.

Cons

Bad management (nobody knew what they were doing, but expected their employees to know), low salary, no guidance, lots additional work (If they saw you excel at your job instead of increasing your pay they would give you other agents workload. This includes managements own workload. Yet they would get the credit for it.)

Pros

For freshman upto 3 years makes sense. Pay is below average and cannot expect pay increases or promotions. .

Cons

150% of your efforts towards job is expected but with no recognition.

Pros

I've been able to touch multiple technologies while working for InComm. There's always something to troubleshoot or something to automate. They provide many channels for employees to gain certs or skill via online trainings. I've been with InComm going on 6 years and in this position I've been 3 years. Currently getting 1 month of vacation or probably 2.

Cons

Raises are only 2-3.5% a year but best way to get a good increase is to change job title within the company. Health insurance isn't cheap.
