Pros

You get a differential pay depending on if you work nights, weekends, bilingual. Any combination of those three to a total -max- amount (12/h when i did my "tour"), even if the selected options would give a higher rate.

Cons

IMO: Management sees employees as peons, even between the level of managers they treat each other horribly. The attitude towards employees and customers is about the same, no respect and no appreciation. You are to remain seated and looking at your screen at all times, you can only have a 16oz -approved- bottle in your cubicle, no personal items of any kind (as it may allow you to sneak out/steal account information), on breaks you are to step away from your computer and either go to the restroom or directly to the break room; any deviation will get you scolded and/or fired.
