Cons

No time to take advantage of education opportunities. Don’t care about employees. My supervisor called all hours of the day and expected me to me able to jump online at a moments notice. I was working nonstop trying to keep up with the constantly shifting priorities. The business kept taking on more work than we had resources for and over promising things with impossible deadlines. I watched leadership completely burnout our development team and then call them complainers because they worked a month straight with no days off. Moral was awful, management was a mess and I could not get away fast enough.

Convenient building location in atlanta.

Cons

The company is small and technology is lacking. Many processes could be improved where data mining is necessary. Also company will keep any money that you set aside in a FSA account if you don’t spend it. Terrible experience during COVID where I was using a FSA account for parking however since we weren’t going in the office I never used the set aside funds. The company refused to refund my money! Also benefits are terrible as the company only offers 1 week for maternity leave! What mother can possibly return to work a week after giving birth?!?!
