      Pros

      Some latitude in the satellite offices. Recognition of good people and promoting from within. Lots of good people doing their best.

      Cons

      Headquarters in Atlanta does not understand what it takes to be a technology company. Lots of tone-deaf email blasts from upper management. Benefits getting worse and more expensive. Lots of CTO turnover leading to uncertain technology direction.

      Chaos allows for freedom to get things done without a lot of micromanaging.

      Cons

      Very much a feudal system culture. The C level employees never interact with the line workers.

      Paid time vacation, acceptable salary, easy job to do if know how to deal with customers and have good customer service skills

      Cons

      Bad company culture and poor recognition to miss-leading information employees, no long term stability offered by company, to controlling and always afraid of making mistakes or been watched. If come from military background you will be ok. Easy job to do but could be a pain to deal with some members of managment who like to intimidate reps, to many rules if can find similar pay with better work culture will go for it kind of depressing don’t feel appreciated they should take care of good employees in stead of having so much rotation
