Pros
Most of the management at InComm were great to work with. Even though the pace is fast and stressful, there is almost a laid back feeling in the office. Its a feeling that collaboration and patience is accepted.
Cons
The location is horrible! And at the time the HR staff was questionable and did not always do the right thing. If you had an issue, they would pat your arm and say things will get better, but then do nothing to resolve the issue.
