Pretty good pay. Good benefits. Most jobs are fully remote now. Most people I have worked with are friendly and collaborative.
Cons
Only downside has been the reductions in force and low to no raises when we have had a "bad" year. Very demoralizing.

Good company to work for until they fired the department and sent US jobs to Brazil.
Cons
Sending US jobs to Brazil for cheap labor. Firing dedicated employees with no notice and small severance after 10+ years of service. Not paying out accrued vacation time when firing long term employees.

Really nice people to work with.
Cons
Low pay! Incomm is obsessed with saving a dollar even at the expense of employees. The company will not even keep up with inflation when yearly salary adjustments comes up, no matter how good your yearly review is. Little to no chance of career progression.
