Pros

Neat building, nice people, free food (before we went WFH), fitness program, challenging work environment.

Cons

The pay left a lot to be desired at a base level. Then, when we went WFH with the pandemic, any in-person perks to help offset this deficit were lost. Furthermore, the workload was (understandably) increased with the pandemic, but we were not compensated accordingly.
