Pros

fun coworkers, you can access your metrics, and they try to keep you happy.

Cons

The biggest con I found was that getting the schedule you wanted was nearly impossible if you were not a parent and you were not there for 10 years.

Pros

- Possibility to work from abroad - 100% Home office - Pandafit and Motivosity (Benefits) - Remote work allowance - Free fruits, snacks, drinks, etc. in the office

Cons

Part-time employees don't get some of the benefits offered to full-time employees. They give preference to hiring Hungarians for positions other than L1 Support. It is not possible to request days off during their peak season. They need to revise the salary of their employees more frequently. No work permit sponsorship nor language allowance.
