Pros

Decent office. Free lunch. They provide proper equipment.

Cons

Very divisive leadership. There is very little consistency. They only allow one-way reviews. Expectations are not outlined until you have failed to meet them. Compensation is below average (especially in the Bay Area).

Pros

Pay was competitive and bonuses were included in monthly payouts depending on if KPIs were met. Daily lunches and snacks, free. Hybrid work. Outgoing team members and good growth opportunities.

Cons

Change of CEO was terrible. They brought back someone with sexual allegations against them and publicly transphobic/homophobic. Someone who does not want to support employees wants or needs. They all drink the koolaid there.
