Pros

Good benefits,JKHY Stock is doing well.

Cons

Management is horrible, treat employees like dirt bags outdated technologies, their main bread and butter technology is like 30 years old but no plans to revamp it. Management is mainly bossy and just don't want to hear ideas from employees, its like my way or the high way.

Pros

Work Life Balance. Great PTO and Benefits plans. Some managers outside HR are great to work with and very flexible work week.

Cons

Favoritism within HR. Some managers and employees are given special treatment and micr managers throughout HR departments. Policies are not followed across the company. Unqualified managers and supervisors are given positions to avoid promoting qualified managers. Bias and unfair treatment throughout company. Poor bonus structure. New leadership had brought negativity and high turnover. Culture is going in downhill spiral and cynical environment.

The Human Resources department at JHA continues to do the right thing, do whatever it takes, and have fun along the way. While there may be temporary supervisor assignments given when there is an immediate need, positions are interviewed for and earned, and managers outside of HR are involved in that process to ensure accountability. What I do need to consider is making this process more transparent so team members understand how the decision was made and the leadership framework we use to measure the individual against the leadership capabilities we require. While there is turnover in departments – and HR is no exception – not all turnover is negative. It can also be a sign of under-performing employees moving on to roles which better suit their skill set and abilities. This transition can be difficult and hard to come to grips with in the short-run, but it’s what’s best for both in the future.

Pros

There are NONE run as fast as you can away from this headache

Cons

The pay is way too low for all they expect. They stalk your screen daily and find fault in every little thing you do. Let’s not even begin to talk about the type of customers you’ll be speaking with. They are the most disgusting people I’ve ever spoken to. The minimum for this job should be AT LEAST $22 they don’t even pay enough for this stress. They expect you to take verbal abuse from people for $15 LOL that is a joke. Micro managed No growth in the company UNLESS you’re friends with or know someone!!! Some serious changes need to be made here for fraud reps or expect all your great people to go to a better company!
