Pros

I really can't think of any. They embody the idea of "security theater".

Cons

Micromanagement, poor leadership, blatant lies regarding opportunities, raises and so on. Poor benefits and overall compensation. They are buying up market share and contracts, they don't care about their products or whether they work or not. This is a sales company, not a technology company. Doesn't care about inclusion, makes decisions on feelings and "who you know" instead of facts. Glorifies long working hours, including by hanging propaganda all over their offices about "winners working harder". I could really keep going but I think this gets the point across.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Other inspirational messages in the office include statements like "Ideas are nothing without execution" and "Success is only rented, never earned". The Kaseya CEO prioritizes execution and accountability above all else. As a result, people who demonstrate the ability to get things done are offered the most opportunities for advancement, even over those with a fancier resume. Kaseya is a meritocracy. If you value a workplace where performance is the only limiting factor to what you can achieve, Kaseya is the right choice for you. While we don't dispute that expectations are high, and that many successful people put in extra effort, the statement about missing games is puzzling. We do not ask employees to work on weekends, which is when most kids have their games.

Pros

If you live in Miami and go to the office, you will gain immense preferential treatment from day one. If you're in sales and can read at a fifth-grade level, you'll probably make a lot of money. All other departments...avoid at all costs.

Cons

Joining Kaseya felt like travelling into the past 10 years. The capabilities of the IT and Security departments are shockingly underprepared for the level of scale Kaseya leadership is pushing for. Through direct layoffs, poor retention, and terrible planning/organization around technology transitions, Kaseya lost a wealth of excellence that could've been leveraged to support these IT/Security initiatives holistically and grow some truly stellar talent. Instead, many of those people were overshadowed by inferior, Kaseya candidates before they were able to prove their metal due to local favoritism. Kaseya's leadership is not suited to run a global, tech organization at scale and should not be trusted.

Pros

Can't think of a pro. Just read all the fake reviews here with no soul. Ha! 10 hours a day shifts. Getting into traffic to go into Brickell now that they are mandatory "back in the office". This is a company for the youth of Miami that can't get better jobs.

Cons

It's all about sales. High pressure, be on the phone all day hunting customers that don't even want to talk to you anymore and even annoying your customers. No 401k Match. No bonus. Poor healthcare. No equity. Even high level executives leave the moment their 4 years with the company expires (so they vest their equity shares). If you are in sales you are expected to be on the phone ALL DAY. Honestly, they will stop you on the hallway to ask what you are doing. Even If you are not in sales, you have a high demand on your back, either by reporting everything, or unachievable volumes of work. Management makes a point to separate themselves. During a company kick off, the execs and CEO are separated in another area. No lunch together, no culture at all, no swag. On all hands, only the CEO talks. Not even high level execs bring their opinions. No feedback on the market or the company from execs. You will know if you are hitting your quota and that's all. You won't know if the company hit theirs or is doing well. CEO badmouths competitors. They know you are just a number and will leave soon. They are just trying to get through and either go public or sell.
