Pros

Amazing system that allows employees to have flexibility with their time, quick responses from management team, a lot of support if needed. Growth opportunities, great training.

Cons

A better hourly rate will be helpful.

Pros

For someone starting out and looking to build experience, this is a good, solid company with a good reputation which offers a compact, yet comprehensive training program. The company tries to foster a community spirit among the interpreters.

Cons

At all times you are a very small cog in a large machine. You can feel disposable and replaceable at times and management is not always very responsive to feedback. Considering the complexity of some of the cases and the high quality expected, the hourly rate could be much higher.
