Pros

Do not have an experience with other interpreter agencies, but as the worker exploitation in the US goes, they are not the worst offenders. Worker activists and lawsuits seemingly improved the pay and PTO meaningfully, compared to a few years ago.

Cons

Even if you do great they would still want you to worry for your job stability, policies are confusing on purpose, getting a day off can be a whole separate can of worms. If you need to figure something out, you are on your own with the pile of websites and policies.

They docked two dollars off my pay after being an excellent interpreter for 5 years simply because I needed to reduce my hours to part time to homeschool my child
