Pros

You’re able to work from home but you must be able to adhere to your schedule. Keep a quiet work environment. Training is provided for all industries. You must be able to review terminology and become familiar with different industries terminology. It is a challenging job and you must like what you do to do well in this job. It is not for everyone. Most interpreters are kind and very respectful.

Cons

I haven’t had a bad experience with this company.

Laid back, flexible, friendly coworkers

Cons

They pay is not worth the amount of stress, nothing gets changed when you report a problem, they keep people as contractors for too long, little to no opportunities for advancement

I get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay, for this kind of job. Pay raise is basically non existent. More work load without a raise. I started getting all call training, but there was no money compensation with the additional work. I know someone who had quit and then was recruited for All Calls and USCIS call and was offered $20 / hr and benefits with paid vacation, keep in mind this person lives in the same city I do, and was also offered a 9-5 schedule. This is incredible, because why do recruit more people when you're not even offering your employees this. Even if I asked for a raise, they wouldn't bump it up by $2.
