Work remotely. Don’t have any office drama.

Cons

Low pay, low benefits, no room to grow. The management doesn’t care about you as an employee.

Pros

Flexible with scheduling options upon hire. Work remote from almost any of the states.

Cons

Low pay for the trade. No room for improvement. Limited career growth potential. Call center style interpreting. Not what an professional interpreter is educated and trained to do. It's limited to customer service all the time back to back. They will choose whether you will work with the App or the Laptop. They do not provide equipment and you have to pay for your own internet service , phone and headset.
