NO benefit (only indemnity insurance = underinsured), NO PTO (only sick time, no vacation), NO raise/promotion (seniority doesn't matter). NO human communication, just put the ticket and wait for the reply.

Work from home, I think that is the only pro for working in this company.

Cons

Very low pay no raise in many years, heavy workload (phone calls are back to back), lack of management support even though they gave you some contact info, but you will never get direct support when you need it.
