Through quarterly All Hands meetings, weekly video updates from myself the CEO, and a very active Slack environment, LegitScript works hard to ensure that employees are up to date with goals, objectives and opportunities. While career development is sometimes challenging at a smaller company, so far in 2022, we’ve promoted over 20% of our employees into new or expanded roles and continue to focus on talent and succession planning.
