Abundant opportunities for promotions or lateral movement

Pros

I have worked at various companies of similar size and there are often limited opportunities for career development or growth at these companies, but LegitScript has an incredibly generous approach to promotions, and over half of my program team saw promotions over the last year. Annual bonuses are the most generous I've experienced CEO is people-focused and dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive culture All team members are high-performing, inteligent, and dedicated to one another's success

Cons

Compensation seemed to historically be a topic of dissatisfaction among employees, but the new compensation policy seems to have been well-received.

I’m happy to see that you find LegitScript a good place to be. We strive to create the best working atmosphere possible with our (current) entirely remote workforce by offering flexible schedules, work from anywhere, monthly work from home reimbursements, and opportunities for employees to connect virtually. We would love to hear more feedback from our employees on ways to create a better working atmosphere which can be done by reaching out to Talent & Culture, providing feedback on our quarterly eNPS surveys, or reaching out to me directly.

Fine for just starting out, not good for long term or late in career

Work from home, occasional bonuses, summer fridays, coworkers

Cons

everything else. pay, benefits, training, work processes, workload, organization, communication, and not enough resources to do job effectively.

Since joining the company in June of 2020 we have been very intentional in improving our operational processes, being transparent with communication, and adding a significant amount of staff to keep pace with our growth. We evaluate our total compensation and benefits often to ensure we are competitive in the market and we believe that we are. We will continue to do this as we go forward to support the growth of both our new and long-term employees.
