The work was interesting, very unique and challenging.

The training given did not prepare the trainees adequately for the tasks.

In order to provide the best possible solutions for our clients we have a very robust training program that we are constantly working on improving - and we will continue to do so based on feedback. I’m not sure exactly how to interpret the title “really into itself”, but we definitely do love our mission as a company and the work that we are doing on behalf of our amazing clients and partners.

Great coworkers. No drama office. Positive and engaging admin team(backbone of the office), this place would be lost without them. Barista bar! Fun parties. Plenty of time off.

Cons

Not quite enough blending of departments, for company culture.

Pros

Remote work, good training resources, professional and hardworking colleagues.

Cons

Salaries way below market. They've been promising to improve on that front for years, but the employee surveys are simply not listened to. There's a lot of possibilities for growth - growth of responsibilities, stress and workload, not of incentives or compensation. Morale is at an all time low due to micromanagement.
