Genuine care for employees is prioritized at LegitScript, so taking the time to address performance issues and making all efforts to help employees succeed, sometimes results in lengthy performance management. 3yI’m glad that you are enjoying the work environment and the awesome people who work at LegitScript. While it’s not feasible to act on all of the feedback that we receive from employees, we constantly are reviewing our total compensation framework to ensure that we are competitive in the market and trying to make as many positive changes as possible. Our compensation philosophy ensures that we pay based on what the market says we should pay. Choosing to not do merit based pay ensures we are market competitive and that our pay is equitable internally. Our bonus program ensures that if we do well as a company, we all win.
