Pros

PTO, clinics admins to take away busy tasks.

Cons

They want you to bill as much as possible 28 hours a week, your caseload is 7 FULL TIME clients. There are no questions about the QUALITY of services, just how much you can make them. Plus you’re underpaid. Anyone can get a job here, especially if you are willing to not take breaks. They could literally give everyone breaks and lunches but chose more money instead.

Pros

The pay is good for this position. The kids are very sweet.

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment overseen by professional micromanagers. With very few exceptions, management seems to care more about beating down their staff than they do fostering a healthy and encouraging work place where techs can be empowered to help the children. It's common for staff to be pulled into the office, reprimanded and threatened with termination over the smallest of mistakes. Feedback is given in a condescending and demeaning way, leaving staff demoralized and crying. Certain managers are very unprofessional and openly mock and gossip about techs to other techs. There is no winning when it comes to bringing concerns to higher management, as they'll only believe what supervisors say. Overall, a very unhealthy and dehumanizing workplace. If you want to wake up everyday dreading going to work in a field you once loved, there really is not a better place.

Pros

Some hybrid/remote flexibility, which was good.

Cons

Employees, especially in management levels, are dispensable if you are not quick to solve all of their problems. If you don’t make a big enough impact very quickly, it’s off to the next. High turnover in all of the clinics. Board members and other interested parties up at the top are only worried about making money and growth to make more money. The growing pains are felt on everyone, and there is not much appreciation for any good deeds. They want More…More and then…More. Zero trust, toxic managers with no leadership abilities anywhere that know how to treat people with respect and civility…and it is all about whose butt you kiss. Stay away.
