Pros

Nice coworkers, satisfying work, ability to grow in the career, paid training, chance at overtime, tuition assistance, attendance 'bonus' incentives, strict hours.

Cons

Favoritism in management, borderline unhygienic, no lunch break (work 8:30 to 4:30), minimal breaks throughout the day (must be 7 minutes or less at a time), attendance point system, poor mental health insurance, mentally and physically draining, mediocre pay for responsibilities.

Pros

Decent amount of Paid time off. That's it.

Cons

I was let go for an incident with another employee. I will freely admit I handled the interactions poorly, however I was disaplined for something I never did while the other person who was also in the wrong got away Scott free. I asked for a mediated meeting with the other person and the response was "I believe we should part ways". The other person was taking pot shots at me and I was the one let go. When mngr stated to part ways she cited that my mental health (which I regrettably disclosed) was part of the determining factor. Which is discrimination. When I asked for my termination documents I was told they'd be sent once "cleaned up". They didn't want paper evidence of their discrimination against me. Do NOT recommend working there for any role.
