Pros

Fun working environement, everyone is young great perks and benefits right next to AT&T Park

Cons

-The only people who make money there are people who are willing to stretch the truth and harrass people -The sales quotas were totally unreasonable considering the economy and the lagging commercial real estate industry -TEDIOUS - Did I mention the work was tedious and boring?

Pros

Great health benefits, income for aggressive sales individuals

Cons

Total lack of respect for senior employees LoppNet has lost a lot of senior staff whithin the past year and a half and continues to bleed employees each month this is mainly due to lack of career growth opportunities and advancement for continuing employees their is really nowhere to go in terms of career development beyound 2 years. Also, the sales ie revenue department is purposefully isolated from ohter LoopNet critical opperations leaving employees both uninfomred about various aspects of Looopnet and "stuck" which leads to fustrastions and frequents resignations

Pros

Great culture. For the sales dept, great compensation and incentives. If struggling individually, mgmt will provide on-going training to improve or move you to a different department so you can excel. However, if a person does not want to improve, cannot do anything about that.

Cons

Mgmt holding on to poor-performers or moving them to a different position, which they will fail later on. Bad eggs will be bad eggs.
