      Pros

      Great team, Fun work environment, cool area of town, good mgmt, good execs. Overall it was a fun place to have to wake up and drag yourself to. Product is solid.

      Cons

      A little too much micro-managing (I get it though). Not enough communication between sales and other parts of organization. To the sales team you were an individual, but to the rest of the company you were a number. Dealing with end users was always a chore (looking back I may have done it differently). A lot of calling, not a lot of thought.

      Pros

      Great place to work as your first sales job straight out of college. If you have had any sales experience prior to working this position, the job will be torture.

      Cons

      This job is a telemarketing position. You will be calling people on their cell phones during dinner asking for their credit card number.

      Breakfasts Cash incentives Happy Hour Location Laid Back atmosphere People and management are great

      Cons

      Base pay is low but if you hit your numbers your commission makes up for it 7:30 am start time You have to clock in and out of phones (feels like we are treated like kids) Job is boring No Gym in the Building Commission is taxed heavily, so one has to work really hard to make good money
