The work felt meaningful and that it help make a difference in other companies. They had a very solid organization structure with a deep understanding of what they were, what their customers wanted, and how they were going to achieve it. The perks were great too. Snacks galore, fun activities, incentives for getting out and being active, good medical benefits.

Cons

There was a noticeable divide between the engineering work I did and the work EBR engineers did (with us being somewhat looked down on as not real engineers). Pay, when I was there, was good, but not great. Probably slightly below market value, but also hard to say given my position and time I was there. The tech stack felt very dated, but they were pushing out greenfield work so that may not be an issue anymore. These are mostly nitpicks, overall it was great.
