Pros

Good employee culture and work life balance - HR puts a lot of effort into really good events

Cons

Top-heavy management No transparency - they were talking about plans to bring everyone back to the office right up to the moment that they nuked a good portion of their workforce with surprise layoffs

So sorry to hear that you felt there hasn't been enough transparency from leadership recently. 2020 was a challenging year and we were impacted by COVID just like a lot of other companies in our industry. We, unfortunately, had to make the difficult decision of doing a company-wide restructuring - and we had countless conversations, and did a lot of research and financial modeling to handle it the very best we could. Great Coworkers, Good Culture, Poor Managment and Incentives

Pros

The people here and culture are really great, your team is always a helpful resource as you go about your day to day. Everyone is happy to work and they really stress having a good work/life balance.

Cons

HR and Management talk a big game when it comes to employee incentives, but they fail to follow-thru with these incentives on a consistent basis. Lots of meetings during the day to try and improve the company's internal processes but no actual resolutions are adopted by the upper management. Management is not transparent with the employees on company-wide decisions. Employee efforts are very disconnected from one-another which leads to a lot of time spent in fixing problems down the road. Very poor transparency regarding Covid-19 in regards to employment.
