MicroStrategy is truly the black hole where innovation, excitement, ideas, hope and love for your job goes to die. It’s a company that is run with an iron fist by an egoistic leader who leads by intimidation and encourages top down management by other leaders who have been put in that position not because of their leadership style – but because they will follow what he says. MicroStrategy is the new walking dead – it’s a place where the CEO believes that his biggest asset is his software and not his people; it’s a place where you are absolutely worthless – just an empty shell peddling his software; it’s a place where the core software has seen no innovation in the past few years; it’s a place where there is no fun, no culture, low camaraderie and no growth; it’s a place where you WILL get scammed out of your commission/bonus someway, somehow, sometime; it’s a place that you really don’t want to be. If you love your family, and want to work in a place that respects you as a human being – stay away.

Which kind of CEO will lead to which kind of employee. A CEO abandoned himself to pleasures made the company full of womanizers!! Taking photo under female's skirt! Talking with nasty language in front of females! That's what a company is!!
