Pros

None, just meeting the minimum word count.

Cons

Too many to name but all related to the awful turnover rate within the organization. The organization and all levels of management are all looks but no substance. They speak about their corporate culture, but fast food companies demonstrate this better than NAVEX. There is minimal to none vertical professional development. For a “Ethics and Compliance” organization, they do not demonstrate high moral or integrity in many aspects.

Dear Former Team Member, I'm very sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with our team. While the feedback from our recent engagement survey did show people scoring our leadership, managers and overall workplace with high marks, I recognize experiences can differ; I sincerely wish your experience had been different. Thank you for your candor. I hope you are working in a role that you love! Best, Cindy Raz VP, HR & OD

I’m sorry that you felt like another number in your time at NAVEX Global. That’s not something anyone would like and I appreciate your taking the time to share your comments. We do want to foster a culture where managers are connected and engaged with their teams. What I see is that many of our managers operate on the player/coach model and work side by side with their team members (mostly only our VP’s or above have offices). Your feedback shows there could be opportunities to continue to embody that model. I’m also happy to report that we are two quarters in to rolling out our Objectives and Key Results talent management program; the purpose of this initiative is to ensure people are clear about how their work matters and how what they do connects with our organizational goals.
