I was very impressed at first but was disappointed to see that upper management is always going through some sort of restructure process leading to lay-off's instead of changing the executive leadership culture

Absence of leadership; No Collaboration; Absence of strategy and goals. Employees are treated like lemmings. Directors and Management never communicates anything and likes to pretend they are the experts in it all. They take all the credit and give no recognition. Benefits are being cut. They cut the 3% annual contribution to the retirement package and reduced total bank of PTO hours from 400 to 300. No room for professional development. IT is a dead end.
