administration does not take employees feedback into consideration Long time to replace employees because of their new system They don't use certain employees appropriately nor according to their job description Anything takes forever to get approved and implemented If you are not friends with certain people, it is unlikely that you will receive a promotion, change in position, fair salary raise etc. I have attempted to use the education reinbursement three times and all of those 3 times it got denied. Why advertise you "offer" this great benefit when clearly it is not for the staff Little chance for professional growth and development

Consulting company Ensemble brought in which was completely unnecessary for the Patient Access team. All they’ve done is take credit for processes already in place by previous leadership. They are only interested in checking off the list of pointless items on their list. They are driving out the rest of the good employees in that department.
