How could an organization change so much?
Pros
#1 Virtual medical team #2 Stellar Colleagues #3 Only one patient at a time #4 Rounds weekly and continuous learning options available
Cons
#1 The front line teams have repeatedly been shown they are not prioritized or valued even after a year of constant change where their lives were at risk. When front line teams bring up concerns, they are not listened to. #2 Lack of transparency #3 Poor management- unorganized at the lower levels and the higher level management is so far removed from clinical care or work hardly any patient care hours that they don't understand the level of fatigue on the ground level. #4 Big pay differential between MD/DO's and NP/PA's though they do the exact same job. #5 Long hours after patient care is done and no admin time. #6 It's all about the patient being happy, at the expense of the provider and team #7 Providers are expected to provide mental health care to patients without access to mental health services for patients in the company. They should take on a psych practice because so many patients have mental health concerns #8 High maintenance patients
