Pros

Most of your team members will be friendly, however, the structure of support in the management team leaves many confused and alone while on the clock.

Cons

Increases in pay are completely performance-based, however when you hire someone at $10 and after they eventually scrape their way to $12+, only to have the min hourly for all entry-level people increased last year to $12 as well, it makes it difficult to want to stay. Nearly 3 years with the company with stellar performance and I'm now only making a buck higher than the newest employees.

POOR MANAGEMENT AND PAY

Pros

Work from home that’s the only pro

Cons

Poor management and training Training is barely 2 weeks and you’re thrown to the wolves by yourself on live calls without the proper knowledge Pay is not equal to the duties, they add additional training and you get no raise or bonus You have pto but I’ve submitted 5 requests and been scheduled every time and my pto still disappears Constantly hounding you about your call times and then when you fix them they start complaining your surveys aren’t good enough, you can’t win.

Pros

Great starting pay if you’re wrong at 10.50 Work is easy at first

Cons

Gets very hard yet repetitive and fast-paced. Pay is terrible if you’re trying to make a living, and it’s next to impossible to get promoted because customers affect your promotions more than you, and most of the time customers are angry because their services are down.
