Even once you get used to your TL, you'll usually be switched to a completely different one at some point. - Most of the ISPs the company supports don't have good networks, leading to many repeat, frustrated customers.

The pay is almost nothing. They think they are doing you a favor but really you are not paid what you are worth and they are making so much money right now. Most of management does not know how to talk to their employees and you have to deal with a lot of non professional people.
