Pros

*Work from home position *Set schedule * Lead is very helpful

Cons

They low ball you at hiring. After working years and becoming proficient in job role tried to ask for pay to be review. Response receive due to the company facing financial hardship request rejected and there's nothing we can do. New hires starting at $21 making more hourly than employees who have been there over 4+ years.

Pros

There CEO actually cares about his employees. This only happens IF he ever finds out there is a problem.

Cons

I'm the 2 years I worked there I saw only a tiny raise. When issues were brought up to my management I was told to do extra unpaid work to earn a raise. After bringing up that they didn't pay me enough to even have internet at home, so I could do extra work from home I was told to sit in McDonald's and use their wifi. When I said I wanted to talk to the CEO about thing asking this manner I was told no, which led to me having a meltdown at my manager and I was fired the next day.

Pros

After 8 years, I’m all out of pros.

Cons

Raises this year are not consistent with performance. I am an outstanding associate who received less than half of the increase I received last year. “We didn’t do well financially,” yet the Management Team can afford their yearly retreat. I see no incentive to continue working at a high level and have lost all motivation. Now seeking other employment from a company who truly values and appreciates their employees. California associates deserve a cost of living increase at the very least! Even those on social security received an 8% increase. A friend who works for Bank of America received a 7% cost of living increase. I received nothing but a sorry excuse. “It’s out of our hands, there’s nothing we can do.” It’s not acceptable and I will no longer give my loyalty to a company who can care less about me and my needs.
