Pros

A pay check and friendly staff. Manager cares and listens.

Cons

Where do I start, no company is perfect but let me say this, when the direct is not here the atmosphere is great. No stress, no micro management, the big brother from Houston cause havoc, she yells at people in her office, discusses personal business of employees on the floor. She plays music so loud you can’t work. She may have years in insurance but does not know anything about it. She has to ask for help. Why they have her as director is beyond me.

Thank you for your feedback. Like any company, PFS Group must oversee employees to ensure we are not only meeting, but exceeding our clients’ expectations. Because of our management structure, our clients and their patients receive the attention they deserve, which in turn, makes them very satisfied. I’m sorry you feel as though this is micromanaging, when in fact, our attention to employees is only aimed at helping them grow and develop professionally and personally. In regards to your director asking for help, PFS Group values employees who want to learn. We would rather have our team members ask questions to better understand policies and procedures, than provide false information. Speaking of policies, I understand you wish you could use your cell phone at your desk, however, because we place great importance on our clients and their patients’ privacy, cell phones must stay away unless you’re on break. This is a common practice among companies like PFS Group. If you would like to share more about your experience, please call 713.784.4410 to discuss the matter at length with CEO, Jeff Gorski. Thank you.

Pros

There are a few pros : they will buy employees lunch. they check in with you if you have had an emergency.

Cons

The pay is not great. there is too much favoritism and nepotism, the favorites get to do what they want while the hard working senior reps pick up their slack. Since there is a lot of family members that are working there some of them don't know their jobs but because they are related to someone that is in higher position they keep their jobs. Having inappropriate conversations out load for anybody to hear where patients on the phone hear the conversations and question if it is a place of work. Health insurance is expensive can't even afford to get my family health insurance. Pay is not that great. In order to move up you have to be part of their clique or you don't move up.

Thank you for sharing your input with us. PFS Group values your feedback and thanks you for taking the time to elaborate. We regret that you feel we operate based off favoritism. In fact, as a high-performing company, we love nothing more than to reward those who are dedicated and hard working. Please know that we do take your comments regarding inappropriate comments very seriously, especially, as you point out, patients could hear. It is PFS Group’s highest priority to exceed our clients’ expectations and help their patients in the most professional and compassionate manner.
