Pros
Job security. There are very smart people who work here but they often dont stay in Professional Services too long. Great diversity and PTO.
Cons
People who do nothing are the ones who get promoted. Seems to be no real way to evaluate performance. Often doing most of the work for other people on projects and also the first one blamed. Directors have no clue who is really contributing on projects and are constantly changing. Directors also have no PROS implementation experience. Implementation Consultants are looked at as replaceable. Way too many inexperienced resources. Most people have no clue about the product. Management focuses on too many small things which dont contribute to overall success.
