Regarding my passed interview, I would like to share with you my personal point of view. Frankly, I hadn’t been in similar situations until now, and there were even moments when I wondered if this was really happening. Without a doubt, I can say that I have been on hundreds of interviews (not to mention thousands) over the last 10 years, but your company truly exceeded my expectations! First and foremost I wanted to mention the merits of your employee, in particular – Stanislava Nikolova (Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA). As a matter of fact, I had never encountered this type of attitude, even at the initial stage of recruitment. A person without enviable psychological skills can perceive her studious approach and conscientiousness in their quintessential forms. To be perfectly frank, Stanislava was the person, who believed in my abilities more than I believed in myself. This gave me a great deal of confidence and certainty that I was suitable for the position I applied for. Plainly, people look to get their duties done in their channel order, without putting in much energy and resource. But for my part, I consider that her highly aspirations, impeccable dedication and devoted to people, make her valuable shot, which stands out. In the same way, I would like to point out the good assessment and analysis of my suitability, which was pointed in the right direction by Velko Penev (HR Business Partner). Utterly sincerely, it could be said that with his acumen and outright conversation, he is one of the main employee enabler in the company. I’m of the opinion, that similar employee profile type, as well as their diligence, are at the very core of your success. In general, I would definitely say, that I truly admire all the PROS’ employees professionalism and mindfulness.
