Top company executives seem too worried about earnings calls and appeasing investors in the short term. Seems to be a lack of real strategic vision that can be realistically executed. Way too much turnover in sales and among executives. Although the company has recently implemented management and leadership training, it is not clear that top management always follows the advice given in the training. There seems to be too much blaming rather than solution finding. While they've been making an effort, the company seems to have trouble hiring and retaining a good mix of qualified female executives at the highest levels. Product innovation is extremely slow, and product development seems to always be playing catch-up.
