Pros

The company is very impressive in regards to being progressive, inclusive, and providing their employees with Employee Resource Groups, great benefits, and free parking.

Cons

They do not pay people what they are worth. This company has always been a "revolving door" company (for decades) for a reason. They do not fire people that need to be and they layoff those who have carried the company on their backs. The life/work balance only really works for the C-Suite and other Senior/Higher-Ups. They're the type pf company that rather provide expensive coffee machines and all of these amazing perks for the office experience instead of providing raises and paying people what they're worth.

Pros

The solutions are powerful, and there’s a strong market fit, which makes selling rewarding. Compensation is competitive, with uncapped commission potential. Leadership is transparent and provides clear direction on company goals and strategy.

Cons

Reps need to be able to adapt to change. Like any sales org, success depends on individual performance, so self-motivation is key. Processes and tools could be more streamlined to improve efficiency, but leadership is working on enhancements.
